Q:
Multiple users in one location
Can multiple email addresses be password protected. We have one central computer in our locations but multiple email addresses for employees that work in a specific location. How do we secure them so they cannot see each other's emails.

You need to provide more information about your email system and client/server configuration. Most email accounts are typically password protected using the user network login credentials if it is a Microsoft Active Directory domain. Other email systems may be protected differently. The users should be logging out of a shared client computer anyways as a best practice.

Yes please tell us if these are Exchange accounts, Lotus Notes, Yahoo etc or some ISP email accounts. Hard to tell you how to do this when we do not know exactly what you are using for email service. Thanks!
