Q:
Multiple Outlook sessions
anyone have a fix for the issue with multiple outlook sessions created on the exchange server? it creates event 9646 in the application log on the exchange server. i've tried increasing the limit and hard setting the network speed, no change. We don't have any third party addins installed. Seems to only happen with notebooks users.

Read this article. It has to do with scalable networking pack on server 2003 SP2. It is easily resolved by running Netsh int ip set chimney DISABLED. But read the entire article to verify this is your issue.

I’ve read this article and checked the registry settings. All 3 settings are disabled. Set to “0″.
