Answer Wiki:
The only way to do this and have her be able to use both of them is this. Create the accounts on the Exchange server. Then on her PC have her close outlook and open her mail icon in the control panel and choose "show profiles". She then needs to select "prompt for profile to use". Open Outlook aagain and she will get prompted. Choose the "new" button on that window and set up the second mail profile with the second account. If she is in one profile and wants to send from the other one she will need to close outlook and open the other profile. She is going to have two domain accounts at this point as well, but you can not give her the password to one of them so she always logs in with just one account. She can set up the second account on her folder list of the other profile to see what is deleivered there but she cannot send from the other account without closing outlook and opening the other profile.
