 Multiple emails in exchange 2003
Exchange 2003, Exchange 2003 administration, Outlook
I am running office 2007 on exchange server 2003, i am currently receiving multiple emails for several users and all these mails have attachements more than 2 mb. what could be the problem?

Sounds like one of the issues which may occur when there is an issue at the SENDING end of the email. If this computer also has Outlook, and has gone over the 2gig limit for the .ost file, it may resend the message every time synchronization kicks in. Are the users receiving multiple messages getting them from the same senders? If the sender is in your reach, you could try deleting the .ost file, and cleaning out old messages to get the file size down.

If you are recieving more than just one or two duplicate emails, check the Exchange SMTP queues. The emails may be stuck in the queues, so you can freeze them to figure out why or delete them.
