What might be better is to create a Distribution Group email address in the ADUC named specifically for the task that you can identify easily. An example might be two librarians who need to share one ‘Library’ email account. Add the users as members of the Recipient Group. That way, when they login and check mail, the have the necessary permissions to access the mail. Microsoft has a few articles that may help such as this one…..
