 Mulitple Profiles for Exchange

Hi Lee I'm trying to create multiple profiles for microsoft outlook 2003. The issue is that we have two exchange servers with two different names. start->control panel->mail-> add profile it runs a wizard. Enter profile name. Select add new e-mail account Select Microsoft Exchange Server. In the Exchange Setting window it as for a server name, What do you put in here to pull the nears exchange server. For username I know you put %username% Thanks Derek

Hiya! If your server functions in such a manner that your user mailboxes are placed in either of these 2 servers, then you just put in here the name (computer ID) of the exchange server where the specific user mailbox resides. Otherwise, put the name of the primary exchange server. Goodluck! alma
