We frequently get multiple leads from same contact before we close a deal. In MS-CRM, we only associate one lead, one opp and currently mark subsequent leads as duplicates. Marketing wants to be able to track all leads associated with won deals. How do other organizations handle this? Was your solution readily adopted by sales force or seen as additional work.
