 MS-Word macro “step into” button
Greetings! In Word 2003, I'm trying to trace the execution of my macro to look for an apparent bug. The macro window has a button called "Step into" that I thought would display a step-by-step trace of the macro, but all it appears to do is open the macro in edit mode and place the cursor on its first line. If there's a way to make it execute the macro (especially step-by-step), I can't find it! What specifically is this actually supposed to do for me, and how exactly am I supposed to operate it? Thanks! :-) Bruce

Answer Wiki:
I think using F8 then steps through the macro a line at a time.
