In Microsoft Word, is it possible to display the filename of the document inside the body but without the filename's extension? I tried using the field code (Insert > Field) named "Filename," but this attaches .doc on the end. I would like it to show without this .doc. Just the filename. Not a solution: remove .doc from the filename.
