To change a word in a WORD document, do Ctrl + F which will bring the Find and replace Pop Yp. Type in the word you want to find. on the next tab, type in the word or string of words you want to replace it with. Click on the "MORE "button, select relevant option(s) if needed. When done, click on "LESS" , select "replace" or "replace all" or "Next" if you want to check each word before replacing it.

Yes, Find and “Replace All” should work. But I would suggest to change one at a time initially by clicking on Next.
