As far as my knowledge, MS always maintain the basics of operation on MS Office. It is found in MS Excel.
Most probably u indicated the “AutoText” which is still in 2007, and if u meant, AutoComplete that is no longer available except for dates.

May be I am not sure, but u can check from ur end.
