Yes…I want to be clear, though. In the second screen shot, it shows the needed but disabled add on. My problem is that the add-on does not show up so I can enable it. Those screen shots are exactly what I experienced when I upgraded to SP3 (which was never a problem for me).
I have since learned that if I go into Internet Options, Advanced Tab and click RESET, the problem goes away. That essentially solves the problem of RWW access but I feel it is a bug. Customers should not have to struggle to find out they need to hit RESET in IE immediatly after installing the OS with XP Pro SP3.
If you know of other solutions besides RESET mentioned above, I would love to know. Thanks for your help and time!
