 MS Project Server errors

I have Ms Project server 2007(S1), project pro(2007), SharePoint Server 2007(language pack [Turkish]installed on Server 2003 with MS SQL server 2005. I have only one farm. I can see when I create a project on server and client side. however whenever I want to see preview of a task, it gives an error with "Invalid Currency." I also have problem with e-mail notifications. the error message in event viewer " NotificationEMailDeliveryFailed (16080) Failed to deliver the email due to delivery settings. Email type: 01ccf525-2cb1-4181-bc80-535a6db16c05. Error: Fail to deliver the email using the SMTP server '10.0.1.5' on port '25'." is it the correct port number? (IP of exchange server is correct).
