Follow this simple steps to set the dates....
1. Go to Tools > Change Working Time
2. Select the column header for Monday and Saturday
3. Now set the option for non-default working time
4. U probably also should change the hours per week setting under Tools/Options/Calendar tab to be 56, assuming you are using a standard 8 hour working day. (Optional)
