 Microsoft Outlook 2003 archiving
I have a quistion? I am using ms outlook 2007 for my email. now there is 5000 mails in my inbox. The thing is i want to move these all mails to a folder how? and another thing after i moved i need to get my new emails only, not all the emails how i can do this?

You just need to mark the mails, and drag and drop them to the desired folder. If you need to create a new folder, right click on "personal folder", and choose "new folder". As for this part, I'm not sure to understand what you are asking: <pre><b>after i moved i need to get my new emails only, not all the emails</b></pre> Could you please provide more details ?
