Actually i have a problem with my ms outlook I received a mail, after that my ms outlook keeps asking to restart The exact error is ...Microsoft outlook is encountered a problem , it need to close we are sorry for the inconvenience...My outlook was working fine suddenly happen this problem with me and my collegues ( all pop3 account). I am using ms outlook 2007 serviece pack1) i have configured my account as pop3 account I am not on the domain

Can you please check the eventviewer or any other details and report the error number? *********** Well that's a helpful error isn't it? Try creating a new profile using the mail icon in the control panel. Also select for outlook to prompt you for the profile when you open it. Can you open the new profile successfully? If so then run <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497">scanpst </a>on the old pst and see if that fixes it. If you still cannot open outlook in the new profile then try uninstalling/reinstalling office.
