Microsoft Exchange 2008 secondary domains

Hi, we have a primary domain aaa.com and a secondary domain bbb.com that does not exist as domain but just has an MX pointing to aaa.com this way if i email me@bbb.com i will get it at me@aaa.com now i need to be able to send out from the second domain but i keep getting an error that i dont have permission to do that. Were do i set those permisions?

If you have already configured your server to accept emails for the bbb.com domain, then create users/mailboxes for the bbb.com addresses, and then you can right click on the bbb.com users and go to security, add in the users/groups you want to give permissions to and give them view/open mailbox permission and send as permission

    if it was that simple :) I been looking through our AD structure and DC and such and domain bbb.com is not set up anywhere. basically this was setup in the following manner, open up the user say me@aaa.com and just add smtp address to it me@bbb.com and it goes there. What i cant do, is send out from me@bbb.com since there is no AD structure for it and i cant create the user me@bbb.com is there another way to give me those security rights?
