One of my users reported that he is not able to send e-mail from his Outlook client. I sent test messages from his Outlook client to both an internal and external address and did not receive eitehr message. I sent him e-mail from both my internal and external e-mail addresses and they went through without a problem.
He is not receiving any error e-mails. The only way that he knows that these messages are not going through is that he has sent mail to people who have told him that they didn't receive them.
I've done very basic level troubleshooting, sent test messages in and out, verified that Outlook is connected and verified that his account is not locked out.
I'm new at Exchange administration and don't know where to go from here. Any ideas?
