MS Access – Create Median Aggregate Function
Is it possible (and has anyone done it yet) to create additional aggregate functions in MS Access (I'm using 2007)? In particular, I want to create "Group By" queries that calculate the Median of each group. I have a median function that works on entire columns (or subsets) individually, but it doesn't work as a aggregate function like AVG, SUM, COUNT, etc. do. Thanks, Chris

Answer Wiki:
Yes, There is a secret median function built into access. You tap your left mouse button 5 times as fast as you can, and then, very quickly, left click 6 times... bam! you have median function.
