Solution other than MPLS with Leased Line Link
We have MPLS managed services provided by the ISP. CE router connects to our router with L3 link and we are running OSPF on L3 links connected to CE routers. Earlier we had leased lines and we could use multiple leased lines with load balancing and high availability, terminated on the same router. But with MPLS implemented, both the links, MPLS as well as Leased line can not be active at the same time. We need fallback solution from MPLS to leased line, in case former goes down.

You can do fallback for MPLS and Leased Line, by making use of Routing protocols or Floating Static Routes.
