Mpeg video streaming problem with Windows Media Player

I have two mpeg video files on a web site (http://petrolrem.com). The problem is with Window Media Player and streaming the video file over the Internet. The Windows Media player plays the entire mpeg movie on a local machince but does not play the whole movie over the Internet from the web site. Other media players (i.e., Yahoo and Real) function correctly from the local machine and over the Internet (web site). Most of my clients customers use the default Window Media player. I am trying to avoid having my client's customers pick another player and setting it as the default for mpeg files. This can get to be too much for "lay people". Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Please look at the source code and mpeg file for information. Thanks in advance. Bruce

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

My knee-jerk recommendation is to add information to the web page pointing to the latest Media Player patches. Also get users to check that their MP configuration is set for the right speed of internet link. Make sure your server is set up to send the file with all HTTP caching options turned off.
