Is there an option to 'Copy' to another folder instead of 'Move'? By moving out of the Sent folder, you are breaking an audit trail of what was sent. The product probably keeps the audit trail intact by putting a pointer into the other folder when you move. That's why deleting the Sent item also deletes the moved item. But if you can make a copy, it might allow you delete the original while keeping a copy. (This probably should not be done.) -- Tom
