First of all locate the PST file on your computer. It is usually in a hidden folder in the document and settings folder under windows XP called local settings, you can also make a search but dont forget to specify to search hidden folders and system files.

You could usually find the location of your PST file by right-clicking on Personal Folders or the name that appears for your .PST file, and then click Properties for Personal Folders. Click Advanced. You will see the path to your PST file in the file name text box.

Then you can just take the PST file, put in on some media and copy it in a directory on another computer then with the import function of outlook reimport it then you'll have all of your original settings back including your calendars and contacts.

Here is a guide you could find useful.
