Moving Exchange Server 2003 to new hardware

Hi to everybody,
We have one domain controller installed with exchange server2003.As per organization growth we are ready to move entire exchange server to new server hardware.
Installesd windows 2003 os in new server and installed exchange server2003 and moved two mailboxs to new server.I am trying access that two mailboxes earlier we moved from old exchange server to new exchange server.I am able send mail but i am not reciving any mails from outside and also internaly.In system manager mails are in queue but i am not able get that mails to my mailboxes.
Please help me to sort out this problem.
