I am hosting two companies email accounts. All of mailboxes are located in the First Storage Group. I created a new Storage Group "Second Storage Group" and a new Mailbox Database. I tried to move one user to the new storage group and database and I receive the following error:
Logon Failure on database "First Storage GroupMailbox Database" - Windows account NT AUTHORITYSYSTEM; mailbox /o=360inAction/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=Cristina.
Error: 1144
Client Machine: 360SVR002
Client Process: Microsoft.Exchange.Search.ExSearch.exe
Client ProcessId: 0
Client ApplicationId: Client=CI
Can anyone please help me with this.

I also receive such errors always when moving user mailbox from one storage group to another. Mailbox move is always successful and user mailboxes aren’t in use during this operation. But errors appear again and again.
In case if user was deleted from AD and then created in other forest and move performed after this operation exact errors appear. And AD replication is always successful.
I found somewhere that it can be storage problem or defragmentaition problem, but I’m not sure if it is correct and if so what should be done to resolve problem.
Can anyone please help me with this.
I think is’s important and can’t be ignored……
