When I joined the company in 2008, I created a Notes Archive to reduce my mail file. I now would like to split that Archive into one for each year (2008, 2009, 2010). How can I move messages from the 2008 archive to the otehrs based on a Date selection criteria?

A simple Agent – Move to Database would work as well. Highlight all to move and hit Actions > name of agent
I have the same issue/problem. even though I’ve created a new physical archive I am not able to move documents from one archive to the other.
A similar task would be to move just one folder, a project or a customer for example, from one archive to the other.

I created new archive files for each year, but when I move from the 2008 Archive to, let’s say, the 2009 Archive manually, the Folder Structure is NOT created. It seems like the Folder Structure of my Mail File is only replicated when I move emails from the Mail File to my originai 2008 Archive File – even when I ADD / Rename / Remove Folders.
