My Office 365 inbox is almost full so I created a second inbox for archives. Basically, I want to archive emails that are a year old or more. How can I move all those emails over? Thanks!

Basically the archived messages reside in the cloud (Office 365) while users can access it from any computer by using another version of Outlook/Outlook web app. After signing in to the office 365 portal as an administrator, click Admin > Exchange online. Now click manage, then click Users & groups, then click Mailboxes. Now locate & double click the mailbox that you want to archive. In the mailbox details window, just expand mailbox features, and select Archive. Then click Enable. Again click save twice.
