 Mouse not working
Acer, Acer Travelmate 2480, Power adapters
Hi sir , I have acer travelmate 2480 laptop.In this touch pad mouse is working and also if i connect external mouse are working when i am not connecting AC power adaptor . But if i connect AC power adaptor the laptop touchpad mouse also not working and also the external mouse also not working . Please suggest to solve my problem . Thanks a lot sir . Regards ksr

It could be a hardware problem. You might need to take it to a repair center.

What I would do is check the power settings after you plug in the battery. something might have gotten disabled with the mouse on the physical keyboard. Ive seen this happen in the past were installing newer hardware (in your case putting the ac in) can mess with the configurations of this laptop.
