How to mount Exchange 2007 mailbox databases after power failure

After a power failure (1-2)hrs, all mailbox database are missing although there physical file still exist on one of the Drive..How can i mount it back and how many number od db are allowed for mailbox

You asked "how many number od db are allowed for mailbox ", did you mean how many mailboxes are allowed per database? That depends on how large you are allowing the mailboxes to get. MS recommends databases no larger than 60GB, so if you have a quota restriction of say 500MB then you can have 120 mailboxes, etc. Did you get the db mounted?
