This is a very easy, basic process.  Open up the case, look for the round, silver disk on your motherboard that is held in by a clip, lift the clip to remove the battery, and then insert the new one.  Done deal…

    You open up the case, search for the battery, remove the old one and put the new one in its place. Make sure you use the correct battery type, and don't work with anything inside the case while power is connected. -- Tom
