Currently the house types field is in the row labels area, the real estate agent field is in the column labels area and sum of list prices is in the values area. How can you modify the pivot table to display the agent names as subcategories within the house types in the first column?

Software/Hardware used:
office 2010

...in the row labels area   In the "row labels area" of what?   You're asking about a "pivot table" and tagged with "office 2010", so I would guess this is Access. But can you give a little more explanation?   What is your table (tables?) structure? Is the "real estate agent field" the same as "agent names"? What exactly are you 'pivoting'?   Tom
