		<description><![CDATA[Modem speed is not only depending on modem, but also in  basic computer maintenance.... performing a few tasks like defrag ur computer; clean the registry or even scan / remove viruses are also part of that. It also needs to use tcp/ip optimizer, which helps to tweaking the conn. If there is still the probs, then it is better to call ISP to fine out the wholes. If u r living in a rural area and if there is conn probs from the provider then it is another issue.]]></description>
