I have used terminal applications for Windows mobile which use SSH for connectivity, to connect to my servers at work, for monitoring and tweaking. I have also used RDP apps on my HTC Tytn II to connect to some machines at work. It is definitely convenient to get some work done on the weekend, when you are away from work and sometimes from home too! But, being an IT support engineer, mobile connectivity does allow work to creep into our "home time" and makes it difficult to separate the two. Of course, it is always great to have such features, but it is upto us to make the decision call, when we have to decide which is more important, our work or our life.
