Not sure if this is what you want but here's my 2 cents worth:
to create an custom mmc start/run enter 'mmc' to and click 'ok' bring up mmc
click on 'File', click on 'add/remove snap-in...
click 'add...'
select the 3 you want (clicking 'add' after you select each one). then click close.
click 'close'
click 'ok'
Now you can click 'File' and 'save as' to save it as a .mmc to wherever.
Now you have your file that brings up those functions..
Now to bring it up just double click on it.
