Missing fields in Delta extract


SAP NetWeaver

When extracting data from R3 system with 0HR_PY_1 in delta mode, I am not getting some fields for some employees (ie overtime hours is zero in extract). When I run this extractor as an initialization of the delta process, the missing fields do get extracted correctly. What can I do to ensure that the delta loads do not drop this data during the extract process?
