Migration from Novell to Windows

Migration, Novell, Microsoft, Exchange, SBS 2003, Dell server, Exchange migration, Exchange interoperability, Netware, GroupWise

I have 20 local users and 50 remote users via citrix
I am migrating from Novell NetWare 6.5 servers and GroupWise 6.5 email
To Possible windows sbs 2003
I am looking for any literature and or ideas that anyone may have.
I am also buying new hardware as all my servers will be out of warranty soon.

I would recommend finding a Microsoft Authorized Training Center in your area and look into training on the SBS server and systems. This would be money and time well spent for your organization. Here's some ideas to get you started. There's even online labs available.
