 Migration from Exchange 2007 to Zimbra Collaboration Suite

Our current setup is small with only 130 mailboxes in Exchange 2007. Could someone suggest or point me to best practices for migrating from the Exchange platform to Zimbra? Any thing in particular to be especially mindful of -- or any outright gotchas. I appreciate it. Thank you. Moderator Note: This is a submitted question

I found there was no direct "migration" process normally you would encounter from exchange to exchange or even lotus to exchange (vice versa). It appears you would need to export user's mailbox to a pst file and then import into Zimbra. http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Mail_Migration#from_Exchange
