Migrating from MS Access to SQL Server Express

SQL Server migration, SQL Server Express Edition, Microsoft Access

I've just installed SQL Server Express and I want to create a local instance. I would like to use SQL Server to do my analysis in running queries instead of Microsoft Access. I want to import my tables from Access to SQL Server Express. How can I migrate from MS Access to SQL Server?
