 Migrating from Avia to Nortel phone systems
We moved a T1 connected peripheral from an Avia phone system to a Nortel phone system. It is connected through a Dialogic board. The connection worked fine prior to moving but we are having problems now. Can you help configure this properly?

It probably boils down to the line settings. There are are number of parameters that will have to match between the Dialogic board and the PBX T1 configuration. You might use this as a starting point: http://www.dialogic.com/support/helpweb/dxall/tn928.aspx Bear in mind that there are many different types of Dialogic T1 board, so you might have to discuss more specifics with Dialogic tech support.
