Migrating Exchange 2003 Standard to Enterprise
We have one Exchange 2003 Server Standart installed at a second Windows 2003 Domain Controller (Global Catalog only), with ActiveSync (for Iphone connections) in a single Domain. Its database has 15GB and 110 mailboxes. This database was never defragmented. Is there any risk or a speciall pre-requisite in migrating the Exchange Server for the Enterprise Edition?

Answer Wiki:
If you mean Exchange 2003 Enterprise, then no pre-requisites are needed, no. Of course to migrate to 2007 you would be creating new databases and moving mailboxes. But You are fine for 2003 Enterprise.

Thank you. Only another one question: Is there any difference between the migration from Exchange 2003 Standart and Exchange 2003 Enterprise for Exchange 2007? If so, what is the best option?
