Thank you for your advice.

We are under gone a restructure and this pool of Notes User and Server need to move from our existing Notes Domain (registered under our PNAB) to join another Notes Domain (registered under another company PNAB). 

Currently, our Notes Domain is not cross certified with the other company and there is not direct access between two domain.

It does make a big difference to how you would do all this.
