 microsoft windows XP Restrict user from changing desktop background?
Can anyone tell me how to restrict user from changing desktop background, while it home pc and not connected in lan, having broadband internet connection. please answer in datail and how to do it practically.. thanks in advance

Software/Hardware used:
OS : microsoft windows xp sp2 , RAM : 512mb, Intel mother board with p4 processor. Internet conection and system is not connected in lan.

edit the local machine policy in gpedit. From run, type gpedit.msc and enter select user configuration, administrative templates, control panel, display. enable prevent changing wallpaper. You can also hide the desktop and themes tabs, taking away access to the settings.
