Microsoft Outlook2003

I am using Microsoft outlook2003 for Sending and receiving mails on my local computer.
i saved very few contacts in the contact list of Microsoftoutlook 2003 contact. now i want to move my pst file from one computer to another computer but the problem is how to take backup of those client contac that that i have n't save in the contact list of microsoft outllok2003. I don't want to save one by one contact i the contact list.
Please solve this problem.

In your pst folder create a new folder. In the "Create new folder" dialog select "Contact items" for the "Folder Contains" drop down.
This way you can create a new folder which will have Contacts.
In your mail box copy or move all the contacts to the new folder created in the pst file.
Now you are all set. YOur pst will have all the contacts you need
