Ahhh, ok. Thanks for the details. The format is specific to your PC and is linked to all your office applications. So if you change it for one you are chainging it for Office on your PC. There isn't any way to keep them separate. This is a "feature" of Office, not a "problem" as Microsoft loves to say...

I keep three calendars on my Outlook. I keep a calendar for our counselor for his appointments and I have permission for editing said calendar. When I change the font format on my personal calendar, it also changes the font on the shared calendar. How do I keep this from happening?
Please provide more details as to what you mean by “separate formats”?
