 Microsoft Outlook Sent Email Folder
delete sent email, Email management applications, Outlook
I have always been able to delete sent emails from the Sent folder. Now when I try to delete a line appears through the email and there is no option available to permanently delete the message. Has some sort of protect setting been selected?

Microsoft Office running on a server

Is the MS OL sets as empty messages every time when it is closed !, follow these steps to check it:
In MS OL>Tools > Select Options; click the Other tab and make sure that the check box beside Empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting is selected / deselected….
