For my email - I always use Microsoft Outlook. I noticed a couple of days ago that there's this caution sign on my Outlook icon. And as it turns out, I haven't received any emails for two days. There's no warning message. What should I do?

If you are showing a caution sign on your Outlook, it normally means that you are not authenticating with the exchange server and have lost connection.  You will need to do a couple of things;

1.  Check to make sure that you have a network connection.
2.  If so, then you need to check your settings to ensure that the authentication setup has not cleared itself.
3.  Lastly, if all else fails, check to make sure that your account is not disabled.

    @nicolle, it happens frequently or showing all the times. Sounds like OL is disconnected from Exchange Server. Or the server is down. Check all possibilities.

    Does this mean that something is wrong when I send out a email with several names on it? I have checked this, everything seems O.K. I have deleted one name.

    I have just noticed that you refer to me as Nicolle, my name is Eleanor. She has not been on my computer since March. Would this have anything to do with my problem?
