If this does not do it, your data has been lost, unless you want to go with an OnTrack software package that is about $400-500. Depends on how much  the messages are worth.

It may already be too late to recover the messages, since the area in the PST were overwritten or the file shrunk by Outlook to eliminate white  space in the file.
