I need to know if I can view individual mailbox contents for other users being an administrator. I know, as administrator, I can open other users folder from Outlook, but I need to see the full mailbox. Currently, when I do this for a certain users the box is empty, but I know they have mail. Please Help, my boss needs this. Thanks,

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can set up Outlook 2003 to open another user’s mailbox on startup as long as you have permissons to this mailbox set in Exchange. Then when you open Outlook you will have full access to the other user’s mailbox and all folders within. To set this up, open Outlook, and go to Tools – Email Accounts (or go to Mail in Control Panel) and click on “View or change existing email accounts”. When you see your account listed, click on “Change” and then “More Settings”. Open the “Advanced” tab and use the “open other user’s mailbox” to add the mailbox you wish to see. OK everything and restart Outlook. This is the process for Outlook 2003 – it is possible to do this in previous versions – I should imagine the settings and options are pretty similar. Good luck
