My organization's Campus Agreement with Microsoft is up soon. For the first time we will be negotiating with Dell / ASAP, who we purhcase hardware from. Does anyone have any insight into the relationship between Dell and Microsoft. Dell is claiming that they pass along the licenses at cost (i.e. no profit to them), but I find this hard to believe.
Any comments on how others have successfully negotiated with these companies would be much apprecaited.
