What do you mean by &quot;libraries that a user has access to&quot;? Do you mean the set of libraries that make up the default &#039;path&#039; for the user? Or do you mean the libraries to which the user has access authority? Those can be very different lists.

And what do you mean by tables &quot;that the users has created&quot;? It&#039;s likely that the user hasn&#039;t created any tables at all. Do you only want ones actually &#039;created&#039; by the user? Exclude tables that the user is only the owner of? Exclude tables that the user has existence rights over unless the user is the &#039;creator&#039;? Exclude tables that the user only has &#039;change&#039; rights to?

Do you want all &#039;created&#039; tables from all appropriate libraries in a single list? (What if the user doesn&#039;t have appropriate authority even having created the tables?)
